About the role
-Manage benefit plan renewal
Support the administration of benefits plans by working with multiple stakeholders and streamlining the information. Benefit plans include- Health, Life, Disability P/F, Pension etc.
Deliver perks advisory and support policy renewals.
Support benefit RFPs, renewals, and implementation projects.- Wellbeing & Benefits awareness
Agree with country HR for in-country communications for employees, to help them understand their benefit plans.
Plan wellness days/weeks for large countries.
Act as an Information gatherer: listening, understanding, interpreting and analyzing the country’s needs and requirements.- Orange Employee Solutions
Work with regional SPOCs to design the annual webinar calendar.
Create remarketing campaign to raise awareness of all the services provided by the OES program, to address employee needs.
Provide assistance as required to the HR teams for Wellness initiatives.- Compliance & Reporting
Benefit Summaries: Create benefit summaries by country for use by Global Rewards, HR and recruitment teams as reminder of benefit plans by country.
Update Global Benefits database as needed.
Conduct benefits audits and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.- Subject matter
Good knowledge of employee benefits, insurance products, and regulations
Stay updated on industry trends, legislative changes, and best practices
