We are looking for a Marketing Manager - India to develop and implement marketing strategies to generate leads and revenue for the IN business. This integral role sits within the APAC Demand Generation team, reporting to the Senior Director, Demand Generation – APAC. The role will work closely with the India sales leadership team while collaborating with regional and global marketing functions to translate APAC and global priorities into impactful India programs.
The ideal candidate will combine strong field marketing and demand generation experience with excellent stakeholder management, commercial acumen and a solid understanding of the B2B technology sales process. They will be comfortable taking ownership of local execution while working within a regional and global marketing framework, adapting strategy and programs to the needs of the India market.
Based in India (preferably Bangalore), the Marketing Manager - India will have the following responsibilities:




Builds the regional marketing plan, working closely with the APAC Demand Generation leader and the IN Regional Vice President to understand business goals and priorities, and driving execution through all contributors (account executives, sales development team, solution architects, customer success team, and channel partners).
Executes the marketing plan by implementing persona and industry campaigns and devising local initiatives to create a multi-channel marketing strategy that includes, but is not limited to, events, roundtables (digital or physical) and webinars, account-based marketing, email campaigns, nurtures, third-party partnerships, customer and community marketing.
Works closely with regional partner managers and partner marketing team to increase awareness in local markets, drive partner pipeline and support adoption through partner campaign toolkits.
