Role Overview
As a Technical Program Manager at Google Operations Center, you will serve as a strategic operational lead, responsible for orchestrating complex, cross-functional programs to ensure seamless execution and delivery. You will function as the primary bridge between technical teams and executive leadership, translating intricate technical challenges into high-level business insights. The ideal candidate will possess the capability to navigate organizational ambiguity,



facilitate strategic alignment across diverse stakeholders, and provide decisive leadership during high-stakes product launches to ensure operational excellence.
Position Responsibilities
Program Orchestration & Delivery: Define dependencies, explicit operational bottlenecks, and track program velocity to ensure predictable delivery. Synthesize complex project tracks into a cohesive program roadmap.
Support for Critical Launches: Serve as the operational lead for high-stakes, time-sensitive product or feature launches. Establish launch readiness criteria, run "go/no-go" checkpoints, and create hypercare support plans for post-launch stability. Manage real-time risk mitigation and lead fire-drills when unforeseen blockers threaten launch dates.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface between working execution teams and executive leadership. Manage competing priorities across departments, aligning diverse agendas
