Job Summary:




The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for managing and processing vendor invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner. This role ensures compliance with company policies and internal controls while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders. The analyst will reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and support month-end close activities. The ideal candidate has solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles and ERP systems
Responsibilities:
Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper approvals and coding.
Perform three-way matching & two-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
Monitor and manage the accounts payable inbox, responding to vendor and internal inquiries promptly.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or outstanding issues.
