This is a growth-oriented product analytics leadership opportunity for an experienced analyst ready to expand their impact beyond hands-on analysis. You will initially focus on product and business analytics while progressively taking ownership of larger analytical initiatives, stakeholder relationships, and team leadership responsibilities. The role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Growth, Data, and business strategy, giving you broad visibility into how data drives decisions. You will investigate complex product and business questions, identify opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Over time, you will mentor analysts, shape analytical standards, and develop the skills required to lead a product analytics function. Accountabilities
Investigate changes in product, marketing, and business KPIs, identify root causes, and translate findings into clear business recommendations.
Conduct user behavior, funnel, retention, cohort, and segmentation analyses to understand product performance and customer behavior.
Design, evaluate, and interpret experiments, including A/B tests, CUPED/CUPAC methodologies, and the use of proxy metrics.
Quantify the expected and actual impact of product and marketing initiatives and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Growth, and other business teams to support data-driven decision-making and influence roadmap priorities.
Generate actionable insights that help improve product performance, customer engagement, retention, and business outcomes.
