We are seeking a highly motivated Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator with strong project management and communication skills to join our diverse team.
As an LMS Administrator, you will act as a key link between the learning functions and customers all over the world. You will play a critical role in managing learning offerings across different countries, ensuring alignment with multiple stakeholders including customers. This role requires robust collaboration, communication, project management, data management, and reporting skills.




Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
Looking for 1+ year of experience
Technical aptitude: Affinity for IT applications. Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (especially Cornerstone OnDemand) is a strong plus.
Fluent English skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential for this role. Additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
Organizational excellence: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage competing demands and strong communication skills.
Proactivity and autonomy: Proactive attitude to drive projects independently and take accountability for outcomes.
