Oracle HCM LeadLocation: Anywhere in India
• More than 10+ years of experience in HCM enterprise applications with at least the last 7+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud.• Must have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, Compensation, Absence Management and Recruiting modules. • Additional experience in Talent Management module is an added advantage.• Must have experience in BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, Rapid Formula.• Should have understanding in key technical concepts in Fusion HCM Cloud: HDL, HSDL, Integrations: REST APIs, OTBI Reporting.• Should be able to drive Requirements Gathering sessions, CRPs, solution design workshops, engage with different HR stakeholders to understand business imperatives and KPIs and design the system accordingly.• On top of the latest developments in the Oracle AI space in Fusion Cloud.• Well-connected in the Oracle HCM Cloud ecosystem.• Should be flexible to work in UK and US shift.
