Job Description
Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for handling complex policy administration transactions, supporting underwriting operations, resolving exceptions, managing queues, ensuring quality and SLA adherence, and acting as the first point of contact for functional escalations.

Process complex endorsements, renewals, cancellations, reinstatements, and policy amendments.

Perform quality checks and peer reviews of policy transactions.

Handle exception cases and provide resolution support.

Support underwriting teams with complex policy servicing requests.

Conduct root-cause analysis for policy processing issues.

Monitor queues, backlog, and turnaround times.
