About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Retail Expansion & Relationship Manager to accelerate the growth of our retail footprint across India. You will identify and develop high-potential channels, build enduring relationships with strategic retail partners, and create premium retail experiences that strengthen brand presence and deliver sustainable growth.
This is a high-impact role for a leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will work across sales, marketing, retail operations, supply chain, finance and customer service to take opportunities from market insight and business case through negotiation, launch and ongoing performance management.
What You Will Do
Shape and Execute Retail Expansion
Develop and deliver a retail expansion roadmap aligned with the company’s commercial strategy, brand standards and consumer proposition.
Map priority markets, catchments, channels and locations to identify opportunities for recent stores, shop-in-shop formats and strategic partnerships.




Evaluate opportunities using consumer potential, partner capability, economics, operational feasibility and long-term brand value.
Build robust business cases and maintain a qualified pipeline of expansion opportunities.
Lead partner selection, commercial negotiations, contract discussions and onboarding in partnership with internal stakeholders.
Build Strategic Retail Partnerships
Own senior relationships with national and regional retail partners, malls, key accounts and other strategic channel stakeholders.
Lead joint business planning, aligning on growth priorities, investment, assortment, visibility, service standards and performance expectations.
Act as a trusted business partner, resolving complex issues and balancing commercial outcomes with long-term relationship health.
Identify opportunities to deepen partnerships, expand distribution and improve the quality of consumer engagement.
