About the Role

We are looking for experienced AI Engineers / AI Security Engineers on advanced AI and frontier model initiatives.

The role sits at the intersection of Large Language Models (LLMs), AI infrastructure, model security, reverse engineering and application security.

You will work on evaluating, deploying, securing and scaling advanced AI models and AI-powered applications in an enterprise financial-services environment.

This is a highly technical role suited to engineers who are comfortable working close to the model, infrastructure and security layers rather than focusing solely on application-level GenAI development.

Key ResponsibilitiesFrontier Model Engineering
Work with leading frontier and open-source foundation models, including commercial and open-weight LLMs.
Evaluate model capabilities, behaviour, limitations and security characteristics.
Experiment with model adaptation, fine-tuning, prompting and inference optimisation.




Develop frameworks for model evaluation, benchmarking and performance testing.
Analyse model behaviour and investigate unexpected or anomalous outputs.
LLM Deployment & Infrastructure
Design, deploy and operate LLM inference platforms at enterprise scale.
Deploy models across cloud and/or on-premises GPU infrastructure.
Build highly available, scalable and secure model-serving environments.
Optimise inference performance, latency, throughput and GPU utilisation.
Work with technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, GPU platforms and up-to-date LLM serving frameworks.
Implement monitoring, observability, logging and cost/performance optimisation for LLM workloads.
AI Security & Reverse Engineering
Conduct security assessments and adversarial testing of LLMs and AI applications.
Investigate prompt injection, jailbreaks, model manipulation and system-prompt extraction.
Perform reverse engineering and behavioural analysis
