Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Jalandhar, suitable for individuals with around one year of relevant experience. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers. The role involves maintaining candidate databases, updating job postings,



and supporting onboarding processes to ensure a positive experience for new team members. The HR Recruiter will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and contribute to employer branding initiatives and basic HR operations as needed.
Qualifications
