This is a remote opportunity for an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning professional responsible for the administration, optimization, and technical evolution of an enterprise planning environment. You will combine deep platform expertise with technical leadership to improve financial planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and data integration processes. The role sits at the intersection of Finance, FP&A;, IT, data engineering, and business operations, giving you broad visibility across critical enterprise systems. You will help automate manual processes, strengthen data quality and governance, and enable scalable self-service reporting. The position also offers the opportunity to lead technical projects, improve platform performance, and support expanding adoption across business functions. Accountabilities:
Own the configuration, administration, maintenance, and continuous optimization of the Workday Adaptive Planning production environment.
Configure and manage dimensions, levels, hierarchies, attributes, versions, assumptions, modeled sheets, and cube sheets.
Develop advanced Adaptive formulas using lookups, allocations, driver-based calculations, multidimensional logic, and scalable modeling approaches.
Manage Data Agent processes and integrations, including secure connectivity, scheduled data flows, source-to-target mappings, transformations, and troubleshooting of failed loads.
Partner with Data Warehouse, ERP, IT, and Finance teams to manage integrations, schema changes, data lineage, dependencies, performance, and service-level requirements.
