About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Senior Sales Executive to drive sales, follow-ups and revenue for a growing real estate business. Key Responsibilities· Drive daily sales activities and achieve monthly targets.· Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into site visits and bookings.· Monitor and push Sales & Sourcing team members on their targets.· Track leads, follow-ups, site visits and conversions.· Keep CRM updated and maintain basic sales reports.· Identify pending opportunities and ensure timely follow-up.· Coordinate with Marketing, Sourcing and internal teams to improve conversions.· Share daily/weekly sales performance updates with management.



We Are Looking For· 3–6 years of hands-on sales experience.· Real Estate / Builder experience preferred.· Strong communication and follow-up skills.· Target-driven and proactive.· Positive with basic Excel and CRM.· Someone who takes ownership and gets things done.· A go-getter who wants to grow with the business. Please Note· This role is not suitable for candidates looking for a back-office role.· Candidates from Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane preferred.· Salary: ₹50,000–₹60,000/month + performance incentives.
