About the Role
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Java Backend Engineer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in backend application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications using Java and modern backend technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that support business growth and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy robust backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Build scalable RESTful APIs and Microservices to support web and mobile applications.
Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Frontend Developers, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.




Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance bottlenecks, and production issues.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and API documentation.
Support deployment activities and contribute to CI/CD processes.

Required Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17 and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate.
Good understanding of Microservices Architecture and API-driven development.
Experience in developing and integrating RESTful Web Services.
Robust knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
Experience with ORM frameworks like Hibernate.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
