Role Overview
As a Technical Delivery Manager in the Google Operations Center, you'll play a critical role in overseeing the development and delivery of our essential internal tools and applications. You'll collaborate closely with engineering leads, product managers, and stakeholders across Google to define project scope, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure successful execution. If you have a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions, a deep understanding of software development lifecycles,

Position Responsibilities
Organizational Leadership: Manage and develop a team of Team Leads. Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and performance management to elevate their leadership capabilities and support their growth opportunities.
Workflow Oversight: Serve as the focal point of contact for internal and external project queries, ensuring that the team’s actions remain in synergy with broader business goals.
Strategic Alignment: Ensure the development teams' work aligns with the overall strategic goals and roadmap of the Google Operations Center. This includes understanding the big picture and translating it into actionable plans for the teams.
Cross-Team Coordination: Work with domain experts, SWE, UX, and PM to translate project requirements into technical tasks.
