Job Overview:
As a PDE CEM Engineering Assistant, you will work in a dynamic team setting at Micron Technologies in our leading back-end technology fabrication facility located in Sanand, Gujarat. As an Engineering Assistant specializing in Office Engineering and Administration, you will provide essential administrative, coordination, and technical support to the engineering department. You will serve as a key liaison between engineering teams and other departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, proper documentation management, and efficient communication across the organization. This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, detail-oriented, and possess a foundational understanding of engineering processes and office administration.
Primary Responsibilities:




Administrative Support
Provide day-to-day administrative support to engineering managers, senior engineers, and department heads
Manage and maintain engineering calendars, meeting schedules, and travel arrangements
Prepare, format, and distribute engineering reports, presentations, memos, and correspondence
Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the engineering department
Coordinate and organize department meetings, take minutes, and track action items
Document & Records Management
Maintain and organize engineering documentation including drawings, specifications, procedures, work instructions, and BOMs (Bill of Materials)
Ensure proper filing, version control, and retrieval of engineering documents using document management systems (DMS)
Support the preparation and submission of engineering change requests and change management documentation
Assist in maintaining Process of Rec
