We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join as an AVP - Branch Asset Specialist in Coimbatore.

What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll support and facilitate the end-to-end asset sales and disbursal process across the region. You’ll act as a key point of coordination for customer interfaces, document completion,



liaison with builders/societies (for mortgage cases), discrepancy resolution, and internal stakeholder management—enabling Relationship Managers (RMs) and branches to deliver a smooth customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

Owning Asset Product Disbursal for the region.
Facilitating business (new and existing cases) with branch asset specialists.
Building expert knowledge of the customer base, market trends and competitor activity to support strategic direction.
Engaging with builders, brokers and intermediaries to develop business.
Coordinating daily with internal stakeholders including Underwriting and Legal for pre- and post-approval activities.
Providing dedicated back-end support to Branch RMs for login, approval and disbursal of applications.
Driving operational effectiveness by ensuring discrepancy rates for pre- and post-approval applications remain within acceptable benchmarks.
