About the Role: As a Lead Software Engineer on the Technology team, you will drive the design, development, and implementation of robust software solutions. Operating as an individual contributor at broadband 5 within the Technology function, you will act as a senior technical expert shaping our digital platforms and tools, reporting directly to VP, Engineering.
You Will:
Lead the end-to-end architecture, development, testing,



and deployment of highly scalable software applications.
Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional product, data, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into innovative technical solutions.
Drive engineering best practices, ensuring high code quality, system performance, and reliability across our platforms.
You Have:
5-8 years of prior experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or full-stack development.
Advanced proficiency in modern programming languages and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
Proven track record of independently managing complex engineering projects and delivering high-performance software.
Robust understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD deployment is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
