About the Team
Organic search is one of the largest, most productive traffic and revenue channels for Walmart.com — and it's being reinvented in real time by AI-driven search and answer engines. We're building the next generation of SEO as an autonomous, AI-powered growth engine: agents that diagnose and act, systems that generate and optimize pages at massive scale, and measurement that ties every change to revenue.
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own critical pillars of this platform. You'll lead products spanning measurement, our SEO "super agent," page automation, content scaling, and local SEO — turning a traditionally manual, analyst-heavy discipline into a self-improving system that operates at Walmart's scale (hundreds of millions of pages, billions of impressions).
This is a builder role for a PM who is equal parts data-driven strategist, technical partner to engineering and data science, and hands-on operator.
What You’ll Do ​
• Organic traffic, revenue, and AEO share of voice grow while cost-per-outcome falls.




• Manual SEO work is measurably reduced as automation and the super agent take on more.
• Every major initiative has a clean, defensible measurement of impact.
• Cross-functional partners (engineering, data science, content, category, and international/Sam's Club teams) trust the roadmap and the data behind it.
What You’ll bring ​
• 5+ years in product management, with 2+ years owning SEO, search, growth, or a data/ML-driven platform product.
• Deep, hands-on SEO knowledge: technical SEO (crawl, indexation, structured data), on-page/content, rankings and SERP dynamics, and the tooling ecosystem (Google Search Console, SEMrush/BrightEdge, log analysis).
• Strong analytical chops — comfortable defining metrics, reasoning about attribution and experiments, and working directly with large datasets (SQL/BigQuery a plus).
• Proven ability to ship platform/automation products with engineering and data scie
