2. OBJECTIVE:
Lead development of new machining line set up for Cylinder Head & Crank shaft machining centre RFI/RFQ preparation, supplier evaluation & selection, Jigs/ Fixtures developments , lead capacity enhancement project of machining lines through tooling improvements & process optimization.
Drive continuous improvement activities in quality, cycle time, process improvement, machine availability through lean techniques and value engineering to enhance the capability of existing processes and remove wastes.
Capex Budget Planning/ Forecasting for Current Model Programs diversity management expenses through Automates solutions to manage the regular Engineering Changes & localization projects
Provide an up-to-date Material Flows for ongoing process location changes and determine the best flow fo
