Assistant Manager - The role requires demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing team. Proven capabilities of setting up Multi country Statutory Reporting, managing process and financial reporting process.

The opportunity

Assistant Manager ACR will play a critical role in setting up the financial reporting process across various jurisdictions and tool development. The opportunity to work closely with MENA Engagement leaders for consistency in management reporting, preparation, and review of financial statements etc. Provide outstanding contribution/support to consulting with engagement teams on all compliance and reporting activities.

Your key responsibilities





Local GAAP knowledge for EMEA region, experience in financial reporting, familiarity with disclosure requirements and accounting standards
Provide advice and guidance as a subject matter expert (SME) for CaseWare tool and content
Detailed review of accounts, schedules, and workings to testify the quality of deliverables, and assist in effectively implementing the internal review mechanism and Control process and obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts
Manage tool testing in collaboration with the technology development team
Coordinate the global corporate accounting process and/ or statutory reporting compliance for EY Local teams
Liaise with the EY Local teams on the reporting processes and continuous improvement opportunities
