Overview
Main Objective
This role supports the R2P function by delivering end to end analytics, reports, and performance insights across global markets. The role is responsible for maintaining and reporting both operational and procurement KPI, build and maintain dashboard, and enable data-driven decision-making related to adoption, compliance, service quality, productivity and operational performance.
Purpose
Execute global R2P analytics and reporting activities aligned to standardized KPI frameworks.
Maintain accurate, consistent, and timely dashboards and reporting outputs.
Support insight generation to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across R2P operations.
Harmonize data sources across R2P processes and systems for wholistic end-to-end operational data
Partner with regional teams to validate data inputs and ensure reporting reflects operational reality.
Govern source data feeding dashboards and standard report catalog
Responsibilities
Global R2P reporting and analytics across all markets.
Reporting & Dashboard Execution




Monitor and analyze reporting requests including prioritization and categorization – all new requests
Execute standardized R2P reporting by producing recurring dashboards and reports covering adoption, compliance, cycle time, backlog, service quality, and operational performance. (Executes; Informed)
Maintain reporting accuracy, consistency, and timeliness by validating data inputs and reconciling discrepancies with regional teams. (Executes)
Support enhancements to dashboards and reports based on evolving business needs and leadership priorities. (Executes; Consulted)
Drive user training and adoption for recent and existing reports including development of ‘How-to” guides
KPI Management & Performance Monitoring
Support the maintenance of globally aligned R2P KPIs and metric definitions by applying standard calculations and data sources. (Executes; Informed)
