GENERAL PURPOSE
As Senior Software Engineer – Salesforce, Technology, you’ll play a vital role at MillerKnoll. We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, integrations, and platform customizations. The candidate should have experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations while collaborating with business stakeholders, architects,



and cross-functional teams to build secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
•Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
•Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
•Configure Salesforce using declarative capabilities including Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Assignment Rules, Case Management, Entitlements, and Omnichannel.
•Build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and middleware platforms.
•Lead technical solution design, customization, and implementation activities while adhering to Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
