Accountabilities




Own the end-to-end execution of employee lifecycle processes, including global onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and benefits administration.
Serve as a Tier 2 support lead for complex HR operational queries, ensuring responsive and high-quality service delivery.
Apply and reinforce company and regional HR policies while supporting consistent, compliant, and business-aligned processes.
Maintain accurate employee data across HR platforms and systems, including HRIS, payroll, service management, and workflow tools.
Manage digital HR filing structures to ensure information is organized, accessible, secure, and compliant.
Use service request management tools to track HR workflows, monitor service levels, and ensure timely resolution of employee and stakeholder requests.
Identify manual or inefficient HR processes and recommend or implement automation and workflow improvements.
