Job Description


Summary


We are seeking motivated and customer -centric professionals to join our international voice process within the Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance domain. This role is critical in delivering exceptional service experiences to global clients through inbound and outbound call interactions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in resolving customer inquiries, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and contributing to high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities


- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency

- Provide accurate, timely, and compliant information to resolve customer queries

- Maintain consistent service quality and uphold customer satisfaction metrics

- Adhere strictly to defined processes, compliance guidelines, and quality assurance standards

- Accurately document call interactions and follow up on pending actions as required




Requirements

Requirements:


- For Process Executive (PE – Entry Level):

- 0–1 year of experience (freshers welcome)

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English

- Ability to work effectively in a target -driven, high -volume environment


- For Senior Process Executive (SPE – Mid -Level):

- 1–4 years of experience in International BPO (Voice Process)

- Proven track record in handling customer queries in insurance, banking, or related domains





- Solid communication, problem -solving, and interpersonal skills


- For Subject Matter Expert (SME – Senior -Level):

- 5–9 years of experience in International BPO (Voice Process)

- Deep expertise in Property & Casualty insurance operations

- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and process improvement capabilities

Notice Period


- PE: Immediate joiners preferred

- SPE & SME: 0–60 days


Additional Requirements


- Must be available and comfortable working during US shift hours

- Exceptional verbal communication skills are mandatory (average proficiency will not be considered)

- Ability to thrive in a fast -paced, performance -oriented environment with clear targets and accountability


Additional Details


Must -Have: 0–9 years of experience in International BPO (freshers welcome)


Location: Noida


Salary Range: ₹3 LPA – ₹7.5 LPA


Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days


Employment Type: Full Time


Work Model: Work From Office


Shift: US Shift
