POSITION OVERVIEW
The Strategic Account Manager (SAM)



based in Delhi is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of named Enterprise accounts across the region. The SAM serves as the primary TrendAI™ executive sponsor for each account, driving deep customer relationships, multi-year revenue growth, and competitive account protection. The SAM collaborates closely with pre-sales engineering, qualified services, channel partners, and marketing to deliver TrendAI™’s full AI-powered security platform value proposition to C-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with IT leaders and senior stakeholders in consultative sales conversations.
Conduct consultative sales conversations with IT heads, CISOs, CIOs, and senior stakeholders.
Well versed (or ready to learn) with Customer Sales Cycle and different state of engagement by using and leveraging SDR, Marketing and Social media.
RAM must be willing to learn advance Cloud Architecture and relevant security dynamics and eventually work with techncial
