Accountabilities
Lead, coach, develop, and grow a compact product engineering team while maintaining a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing culture.
Establish clear priorities, maintain alignment across the team, remove delivery blockers, and ensure consistent progress toward product goals.
Partner closely with Product and Design to translate customer needs and business priorities into focused engineering initiatives.
Guide the team in balancing delivery speed, technical quality, reliability, and long-term maintainability when making engineering tradeoffs.
Enable engineers to take ownership of features from initial concepts and technical planning through implementation, testing, and launch.
Establish and maintain practical standards for software design, testing, documentation, technical decisions, and engineering processes.
