Job Summary:
The Territory Business Manager at Corteva Agriscience Seeds Private Limited is responsible for driving sales and market share growth of Corteva seed products within an assigned geographical territory. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with distributors and key customers, and providing technical support to achieve business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve aggressive sales targets and market share growth for Corteva seed products within the assigned territory.
* Manage and cultivate strong relationships with existing distributors, retailers, and key agricultural customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Identify and onboard recent distribution channels and strategic customers to expand market reach and penetration.
* Conduct regular field visits to understand customer needs, provide technical product information, and offer agronomic advice.
* Organize and conduct product demonstrations, field days, and farmer meetings to showcase the value and benefits of Corteva seed solutions.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
* Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and market intelligence to regional management.
