Accountabilities:




Analyze business and operational data and produce comprehensive weekly reports that support decision-making and account performance.
Develop new reporting and analytical solutions that provide ongoing insights and strengthen client engagement with the services offered.
Monitor reconciliation of brand client receipts, shipping activity, and performance indicators, proactively identifying potential discrepancies or operational issues.
Investigate problems, determine root causes, and recommend practical solutions to detect, prevent, or resolve issues efficiently.
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize operational efficiency and the customer experience.
Coordinate and manage projects, organizing priorities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders to ensure initiatives are completed successfully and on schedule.
