Job Purpose
This position is a member of the People Services & Support India (Rx and GCC) and plays a key role in the ensuring data quality, enablement of downstream applications and processes to perform as expected and maintaining a compliant People Services organization.
This position is essential to support in the Workday for all Tier 1 Transactional Support related to Employee Life cycle and support of PS Service delivery obligations.
This position requires an action oriented skilled, who will provide essential support in the processing of employee data via manual data entry in Workday.
The position will ensure high quality customer service delivery, meeting all KPI’s and other Metrics as determined by GSK globally, and where applicable, locally
Key Responsibilities:
Describe the key deliverables to be achieved by the post holder and the ongoing responsibilities of the role.
Supporting the life cycle of an employee through routine Workday/Local transactional processing/approval Hire Processing
Employee Documentation management
Confirmation process




Personal Information / Legal Name Change
Clearing Workday inbox actions
Transactions related to Employee life cycle
Support employees with policy queries through chat and servicenow tickets.
Follow the process audit framework and help the effectiveness team in data driving quality.
Support other team members with reviewing and drafting policies.
