Role: Payroll Subject Matter Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team at BP Business Sol (HC). This role is crucial in ensuring accurate and efficient payroll operations,
leveraging your expertise to optimize processes and support our global workforce.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and participate in projects implementing Agility core practices within payroll operations. Apply Analytical Thinking to identify and resolve complex payroll discrepancies and process inefficiencies.
Foster robust Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including HR, finance, and third-party vendors.
Exhibit excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex payroll concepts and procedures.
Drive Creativity and Innovation in developing new payroll solutions and improving existing processes.
Contribute to Customer Service Design to enhance the payroll experience for employees.
Oversee and ensure best practices in Data Management for all payroll-related information.
Perform Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) activities for payroll data, ensuring data integrity
