Drive event performance: Develop and execute strategies to increase delegate acquisition, participation, visibility, and overall event performance.
Build strategic partnerships: Identify, approach, and engage potential partners, sponsors, and collaborators who can contribute to event growth and reach.
Expand audience reach: Leverage professional networks, market relationships, and targeted outreach to attract relevant executive and professional audiences.
Support commercial strategy: Contribute to event positioning, pricing approaches, market engagement plans, and other initiatives linked to participation and commercial outcomes.
Coordinate event delivery: Manage end-to-end event activities in collaboration with internal stakeholders, external vendors, speakers, and participants.
