About the Role:
Looking for the Technical Sales professionals with 5 to 8 years experience to handle the technical sales in commercial applied HVAC products, including Chillers, AHUs,



and FCUs and Knowledge of low-side plant room operations and HVAC system applications. Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to HVAC equipment and thermodynamics. Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering effective solutions and enhancing customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Service & Technical Responsibilities (Chillers/Low side/Air side)
Handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of commercial applied HVAC equipment.
Attend to customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Conduct site visits for equipment inspection, fault diagnosis, and service requirements.
Prepare service reports and technical recommendations.
Coordinate with customers, technicians, contractors, and internal teams for the smooth execution of service activities and b
