We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Delivery Manager to support the delivery of initiatives related to our Custody Product within the Securities Services business. The successful candidate will assist in gathering requirements, analysing processes,



and coordinating project activities to ensure the effective execution of product enhancements, regulatory changes, and client-driven projects.

Project Support: Assist in the coordination and execution of custody product initiatives, tracking progress and supporting the achievement of project milestones.
Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to collect, document, and validate business and functional requirements for custody product enhancements and regulatory changes.
Process Analysis: Analyse existing processes and workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the development of efficient solutions.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including requirements, process maps, test cases, and user guides.
Testing Support: Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and issue tracking to ensure solutions meet business needs.
