Job Purpose

Part of the Salesforce Team to work on Sales, Service, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Agentforce, focusing on design, development, and deployment of scalable and reusable solutions for enterprise

Key Accountabilities

Strategic Activities

Build solutions on Salesforce Service, Sales, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Agentforce, leveraging standard functionalities and custom development where required.
Hands-on experience in Agentforce AI capabilities, including Agentic workflows, prompt orchestration, and autonomous agent design for customer service automation.
Develop Experience Cloud portals with personalized, responsive, and secure user experiences for B2B/B2C scenarios.
Usage of Vibe/Agentic coding patterns for intelligent automation and conversational flows within Salesforce ecosystems.
Integrate AI-driven case resolution, knowledge management, and predictive service features using Agentforce within Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits and best practices while building advanced solutions using Flows,



LWC, Apex, and AI-driven components.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements aligned with strategic objectives.
Stay updated on Salesforce innovations, including Einstein Copilot, Agentforce orchestration, and generative AI integrations.
Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies

Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work.

Skills Required for the role

Solid technical expertise in Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Data) and Agentforce AI

Proficiency in Vibe/Agentic coding, prompt engineering, and autonomous agent development.

Advanced knowledge of Flows, LWC, Apex, and AI-driven automation frameworks.

Experience in integrating conversational AI and intelligent work
