The Mid-Cap Investment Banking (MCIB) group within Corporate and Investment Banking is seeking a Senior Securities Research Specialist at P3 level to join its Bangalore office with corporate title as Senior Assistant Vice President.
Analysts have an unparalleled chance to work with senior US bankers, in small project teams.
Senior Analysts will support bankers with preparing pitch books for client meetings. Key work areas would include:
Prepare pitch books, industry overviews, detailed company profiles, management biographies, brokers’ outlook, share price performance,



evolution of industry/peers’ valuation multiples, possible buyer/seller opportunities
Work on comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, company/M&A; screening and newsletter preparation
Work on work products including Shareholder Momentum, Shareholder Base, Analysis at Various Prices (AVP), Acquisition Capacity, Rating Analysis, Exchange Rate Analysis and Contribution Analysis, LBO Model
Work independently on complex projects and deliver high quality projects
Effectively communicate with key stakeholders in the US
