Overview
The R2P Supplier Enablement Sr Analyst role is responsible for driving end-to-end supplier enablement and digital transaction adoption across the enterprise within the Requisition-to-Pay (R2P) Operations & Support organization. This role owns supplier onboarding, SAP Ariba Network enablement, enterprise licensing adoption, transaction readiness, and supplier success outcomes, ensuring suppliers can transact digitally through approved platforms in a timely, compliant, and sustainable manner. The role acts as both a project lead and trusted advisor to suppliers and internal stakeholders, leveraging techno-functional expertise to accelerate adoption, resolve complex challenges, and maximize business value realization.
Responsibilities
Supplier Onboarding & Transaction Enablement
Lead end-to-end supplier onboarding and enablement activities, including registration, account strategy assessment, supplier segmentation, Enterprise Account enablement, catalog readiness, transaction configuration, and compliance validation to support digital commerce objectives. (Executes)
Drive SAP Ariba Network enablement and enterprise licensing adoption, educating suppliers on platform capabilities, account structures, subscription options, transaction requirements, and best practices to maximize platform utilization and business value. (Executes)
Manage supplier enablement engagements as structured projects with defined timelines, deliverables, success criteria, stakeholder communication plans, and adoption milestones. (Owns)
Perform techno-functional assessments of supplier capabilities and transaction readiness, identifying integration, configuration, process, and operational gaps that may impact electronic transaction adoption. (Executes)
Partner with suppliers, SAP Ariba support teams, integration teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve onboarding, connectivity, invoicing, catalog, purchase order, and transaction processing challenges. (Executes)
