What you will do:
Lead the end-to-end digital integration strategy for the Health Ingredients business,



ensuring seamless connectivity between commercial, product management, regulatory, supply chain, customer engagement, and analytics platforms.
Own the architecture and delivery of enterprise integration solutions, ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure data flows across internal and external systems.
Design and govern data pipelines and integration frameworks that enable consistent access to product, customer, market, and operational data.
Partner closely with Global Product Management teams to translate business requirements into digital solutions that support product lifecycle management, portfolio growth, and customer engagement.
Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to enable digital platforms that improve lead management, customer insights, campaign effectiveness, and business performance visibility.
