Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Safety Officer to support our Projects and Development Services team across the Gujarat region.
This role focuses on implementing and monitoring safety protocols across active construction and fitout sites, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and JLL's global safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Site Safety Management
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits across multiple project sites in the Gujarat region. Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations, building codes, and JLL safety management systems. Monitor contractor and vendor adherence to approved safety plans and method statements. Identify potential hazards and unsafe conditions, recommending immediate corrective actions. Maintain daily site safety logs, incident reports, and inspection documentation.
Safety Planning & Implementation
Assist in developing site-specific safety plans and emergency response procedures. Conduct pre-construction safety assessments and participate in project planning meetings. Review and approve contractor s
