This is a hybrid opportunity for an organized and proactive qualified to support sales and marketing operations in a collaborative business environment. You will coordinate a wide range of activities spanning sales enablement, marketing campaigns, events, vendors, customer engagements, and internal operations. The role offers broad exposure to multiple business functions and requires strong ownership from planning through execution. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Administration, Product, Engagement, vendors, and external stakeholders. Your attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities will directly contribute to smooth commercial and marketing execution. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys coordination, problem-solving, and making complex operational processes run efficiently.

Accountabilities:
Coordinate sales enablement materials,



including presentations, brochures, event collateral, and customer-facing assets.
Manage and track sales requests through established internal processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Support sales-led events, customer engagements, certifications, and related operational logistics.
Coordinate with Finance, Administration, Marketing, and other internal teams to support documentation, invoicing, approvals, and execution.
Maintain accurate records, trackers, dashboards, and reports covering sales activities, budgets, collateral, inventory, and operational requests.
Provide operational support to Engagement teams for programme delivery and execution.
Coordinate marketing events, sponsorships, brand activations, campaigns, and related initiatives.
Manage vendors involved in branding, printing, event logistics, content production, and marketing assets.
