• Stabilisation of Quality System for export models for smooth introduction • Improve profitability through Institutionalizing Cost of Quality by reducing Cost of Poor Quality • First time right products while sustaining and improving Product and Process quality with structured restorations and holistic improvements by reinforcement of QM Pillar Methodology • To develop people to be subject matter experts through total employee involvement approach • Develop innovative solutions for problems by effective use of digitalization, Kaizen, 7 Step or Figure of Eight problem solving methodologies A Day in the life
Deal with limited knowledge of colleagues/relevant stakeholders with respect to EVs, battery packs,



and testing.Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders for: Product/Process Improvements, Equipment maintenance, Improve Quality of Bought out Parts, Resolution of market issues, Improvement in design, New model testing & ramp-up, TPM, IMS & NABL AuditAcademic Qualification & Experience
• Management certification/degree• Graduation in Engineering• Minimum 15 years of experience in manufacturing, and 10 years in an automotive firmTechnical Skills/Knowledge
