The Medtronic Engineering & Innovation Center (MEIC) IT organization delivers technology solutions that enable enterprise platforms, digital capabilities, and operational excellence across the business. This role sits within the AIOps portfolio, focused on building user-facing experiences that help teams interact with intelligent operations platforms, incident workflows, decision-support tools, and platform administration capabilities

As an AIOps Frontend Experience Engineer, you will design and develop contemporary web applications that connect users to AI-driven operational platforms.



You will partner with engineering, operations, security, and product teams to deliver intuitive, reliable, and scalable user experiences for enterprise applications, conversational interfaces, dashboards, and workflow-driven solutions.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Design, develop, and enhance frontend applications supporting AIOps, incident management, and platform administration use cases.
Build modular and reusable user interface components using React and component-driven architecture principles.
Implement responsive, role-based user experiences across multiple devices and user personas.
Develop real-time and streaming user interactions for AI-assisted experiences, operational visibility, and platform monitoring.
Integrate frontend applications with secure APIs, authentication services, and enterprise access-management solutions.
