Department Overview
The CPS Applications team provides trusted, intelligent common services that streamline customer adoption and enable the secure, friction-free utilization of all Motorola Solutions (MSI) applications. The team's mission is built on three key pillars: accelerating time-to-value through frictionless onboarding, unifying the application ecosystem by building a secure core for a cohesive multi-app experience, and fueling business growth by providing operational intelligence to inform product strategy and sales. They serve a wide range of customers,



including both internal MSI employees and external groups like department admins, IT admins, and end users, through services such as Unified ID SSO, Authorization (AMS), and Audit. Ultimately, the team acts as a strategic force multiplier across the MSI portfolio by delivering foundational services that simplify hybrid operations and innovate through AI-driven solutions.
