In the infrastructure sector we have a rapidly expanding workload and an exciting portfolio of roads, rail, water and building development projects. As such we are seeking a Senior Geotechnical Design Manager to take a leading role in our strong geotechnical team.
Your role
The successful applicant will be a senior geotechnical engineer with a proven technical and project management track record.
A solid academic background with degree in Civil engineering and Master Degree or PhD in a relevant subject.
Ability to lead small project teams.
With minimum 15 years of relevant design experience.
Proven experience of acting as a geotechnical engineer in a fast-moving engineering consultancy environment.
Excellent interpersonal and technical skills.




Excellent communication skills and confidence to liaise with international clients.
Good commercial track record in negotiating and running jobs successfully.
Excellent report writing skills with the ability to self-check and produce accurate work.
A flair for innovation and sustainability.
A willingness to travel on short term assignments both within India and overseas.
About you
Degree in Civil Engineering.
Professional Engineer, P.Eng. from US/ Canada Regions.
Masters Degree or PhD in a relevant subject with appropriate and sufficient experience in the field of geotechnical engineering either with civil consultancy or as a designer for a ground engineering contractor
Candidates will be asked to show how their experience demonstrates ability to:
Strong work experience in US and or Canada Regions Transportation and Infrastructure Projects.
Also got UK Rail Projects experience as leading the work packages.
