This role focuses on identifying and engaging social media influencers and content creators who can become valuable marketing and partnership prospects.
You will combine market research, audience analysis, prospect qualification, and personalized outreach to build a robust acquisition pipeline.
The position spans major social platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, podcasts, blogs, and emerging channels.
You will assess audience quality, engagement, demographics, content relevance, and overall alignment with business objectives.
A key part of the role is building genuine relationships through thoughtful communication, consistent follow-up, and effective qualification.
You will also maintain accurate CRM and prospect data while providing insights into market trends and emerging creator opportunities.

Accountabilities:
Identify and research influencers and content creators whose audiences align with target customer segments and partnership objectives.
Conduct prospect research across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, podcasts, blogs, and other relevant platforms.
Evaluate follower growth, engagement rates, views, audience demographics, content quality, comment sentiment, and overall brand fit.
Assess audience relevance and engagement quality to determine the potential for generating qualified leads and successful partnerships.
Build and maintain a structured database of potential partners, including detailed research, qualification notes, and relevant performance data.
Conduct personalized cold outreach through email and social media, clearly presenting partnership opportunities, perks, and program structures.
