Responsibilities
Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot.
Build scalable APIs and event-driven components.
Optimize system performance, reliability, and observability.
Collaborate with architects to define platform standards and patterns.
Implement secure, compliant engineering solutions aligned with enterprise guidelines.
Lead code reviews and mentor engineers across teams.
Qualifications
8+ years backend engineering experience.
Deep knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and distributed systems.
Experience with Azure or AWS cloud services.
Experience with using AI like Copilot, Devin to do development
Familiarity with Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
Robust problem-solving and debugging skills.
