This is a remote, flexible opportunity for an experienced customer success or support operations professional.
You will apply your domain expertise to evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and presentation materials.
Your judgment will help assess whether AI outputs meet rigorous standards for accuracy, clarity, and professional quality.
You’ll review work products against structured evaluation criteria and identify factual, visual, and presentation issues.
The role is well suited to detail-oriented professionals who can translate practical industry knowledge into transparent, actionable feedback.
You’ll work independently on an hourly basis, contributing directly to the improvement of AI-generated business content.

Accountabilities:




Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks against established customer success and support operations quality standards.
Assess outputs for factual accuracy, relevance, rigor, clarity, and alignment with real-world customer and support operations practices.
Identify factual, structural, aesthetic, formatting, and presentation issues that could reduce the quality or usefulness of generated materials.
Apply domain expertise consistently when grading and evaluating AI-generated work products.
Provide clear, structured, and constructive written feedback explaining identified issues and areas for improvement.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail and consistency across evaluation tasks and quality assessments.
Requirements:
5+ years of relevant professional experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Support Operations, or a closely related field.
