Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies, procedures, and programs in line with local, state, and national regulations.
Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and implement preventive measures.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training, incidents,



and regulatory filings
Oversee environmental programs including waste management, energy conservation, water usage, and pollution control.
Monitor environmental compliance and ensure adherence to environmental regulations and sustainability goals.
Support green building initiatives and certifications (LEED, BREEAM, etc.).
Design and deliver EHS training programs for employees, contractors, and vendors.
Conduct safety inductions, emergency response drills, fire safety training, and toolbox talks.
Promote a proactive safety culture through awareness campaigns and continuous engagement.
Develop and maintain emergency response plans, including fire safety, evacuation procedures, and crisis management protocols.
Coordinate with local emergency services and ensure readiness of emergency equipment and systems.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and industry best practices.
