We are looking for a Senior Specialist, GSM Operations to provide strategic operational and administrative support to the Global Supply Management (GSM) Leadership Team. This role partners with senior leaders to guide organisational effectiveness, business planning, executive decision support, governance activities, and global coordination across multiple regions. You will bring partner management capabilities, analytical expertise, and the ability to translate complex business information into applicable insights that support leadership decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Leadership Support
Provide administrative support to the GSM Leadership Team across multiple global locations.




Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones and coordinate leadership meetings.
Prioritise meeting requests and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and action trackers.
Support executive communications and follow up on main deliverables.
Be the trusted operational partner to the VP - GSM by anticipating executive priorities, identifying follow-up needs, and progressing critical business matters with the right partners.
Prepare executive briefing materials, decision summaries, leadership talking points, and concise business updates to support the VP in internal and global forums.
Summarise inputs from regional and functional partners into explicit, executive-ready summaries that aid decision-making and leadership agreement.
Business Operations & Decision Support
Support the VP - GSM in reviewing our priorities, operational performance, risks, and main follow-up actions across the GSM organisation.
