Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Monitoring of IMCR project through weekly reviews with all CFT's stakeholders & Platform head
Periodic IMCR proposal updates to IMCR head & seeking assistance to bottleneck issues if any
Benchmarking internally for improving efficiency of existing IMCR processes.
Completion of IMCR Projects as per the target date & achieve Set Annual target
Generate cost savings ideas on regular basis to fill idea pipeline.
Experience
